This application is for Scouts in the Cub Run District of the National Capital Area Council (NCAC). Cub Run District uses District Eagle Representatives (DERs) to perform District and Council actions related to Eagle Scout Service Projects, Eagle Scout Rank Applications, and other Eagle Rank advancement issues.

Please Register for an account if you are:

a Life Scout in Cub Run District
an adult leader in a Cub Run District Unit in the role of Unit Eagle Coach or Unit Advancement Chair
or a new District Eagle Rep
